The final assembly of our clocks is the responsibility of the purchaser (except when white glove delivery is included in the purchase). We provide instructions and can provide support for final setup as needed.
Please note that chime sound recordings are representative only and may not precisely represent the actual sound of our clocks.
Quality and custom options take time. Lead times on our custom clocks vary and range anywhere from 8-20 weeks.
Would it be possible for you to build this clock with the same sculptured, curved top that clocks #509, 602, and 604 have instead of the 3-part top with a finial in the center? I do realize that the width of this clock is less than that of the grandfather clocks with the curved top so and the width of the top would have to be less accordingly.
Yes, this would be possible. The upcharge for the change would be around $300.
Your grandmother clock GM501 does not have an automatic night-time chime shutoff. Can the chimes be shut off manually?
Yes, the chimes on the GM-501 can be shut off manually using the switch near the 3:00 position on the dial.
