The final assembly of our clocks is the responsibility of the purchaser (except when white glove delivery is included in the purchase). We provide instructions and can provide support for final setup as needed.
Please note that chime sound recordings are representative only and may not precisely represent the actual sound of our clocks.
Quality and custom options take time. Lead times on our custom clocks vary and range anywhere from 8-20 weeks.
Can GRF 609 model come built with polished silver or nickel hardware?
Yes, this model is available with silver hardware. There may be a small upcharge for that option.
Would it be possible to build a GRF609 with the one-piece rounded top you use on GRF509, 602. and 604?
I’m checking if this will be possible for the GRF-609 and I will get back to you.
