1. How was the delivery? Were the guys friendly and helpful? There were two guys, is that correct?

MC: everything went well. They were a family: father, mother, and two daughters. The clock was well protected.

2. How was the setup? Please give me your feedback on Victor. How long was he there and how well did he do in explaining to you how to set up and operate the clock?

MC: Victor was great! I was attending a meeting and from time to time he called to explain the functions and tips about the clock. We can see he is really passionate about what he does.

3. How is the product? Does it meet your expectations?

MC: Beautiful! Yes, I am enjoying having it at home and so far, working well.

Just to let you know the clock arrived this morning in perfect condition. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me posted as to where he was along the way. After delivery, he volunteered to help unpack it and move it to where it will sit in my living room. I couldn’t have wished for better help. I would highly recommend Kevin for any future shipments you may have. Now I will add the pendulum and the weights and attempt to set the correct time – have already released the chime rods and chains. Very easy setup. Some day I hope to be able to meet the man who built this beautiful clock. It is absolutely stunning.

In the space of approximately 2-3 months and many emails back and forth I have been in contact with Dave King of Old Time Chimes for the purchase of a grandfather clock. Each time it was a very pleasant experience. I had many questions, and each time Dave was very prompt in answering them. After making the purchase Dave kept in touch by sending wood samples, stain samples, and setup directions for the clock as promised. The clock arrived today in perfect condition and what a beautiful piece of furniture it is. It was very easy to set up, and I am now enjoying the beautiful Westminster chimes.
